How it Works
My approach integrates psychopharmacology (medications) and psychotherapy (talk therapy)—tailored to your needs, your pace, and your values.
Session Options:
15-minute discovery call: Free (telephone only)
60-minute initial evaluation: $475 (in person only)
60-minute follow-up: $400 (in person or telehealth)
30-minute follow-up: $275 (in person or telehealth)
I operate as a private, fee-for-service practice, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I’ll provide a superbill—a detailed receipt with everything your insurance needs (diagnosis codes, procedure codes, provider info). You can submit it through your insurance’s app or website. Reimbursement isn’t guaranteed, but many patients find this helpful.
How it works:
You pay me directly for your visit.
I give you a superbill.
You submit it to your insurance.
If eligible, they may reimburse you directly.
Insurance may still cover medications and lab work ordered through our care.
